Finally, a good week but I guess it’s always a good week whenever Invincible ships. The other comics I’m getting aren’t too shabby as well. Hopefully Brain Wood’s The Massive will be a decent read. We all know what happens to great writers when they start doing work for Marvel. It would be nice to see Wood escape that curse.

I’m officially dropping Resurrection Man. Nothing was happening. You can only read so many issues of a guy running and dying until you start craving a storyline to go with it. I was there around #5
If they are at the store I’ll see what Massive and Bad Medicine are about.
That’s kinda funny. I think I dropped Resurrection Man around issue #5. Looks like I made the right call. I’m still really liking Demon Knights too.
I almost dropped it, then I hear there was a crossover with Suicide Squad, so i wanted to wait and see what that was like. It was okay, but nothing to keep me attached to it and those Body Doubles came back and I could feel intelligence dripping from my ears (okay, i did take a shower before i read the comic, so it could have been earwax)
What I like about Demon Knights is that it’s not trying to be anything. You look at the cover and you think High fantasy with a dark feel since you have Etrigan, and that’s exactly what’s on the panels. It’s just a fun comic to read with good characters, good storylines, and good art. It’s my litmus test for comics, right now.

Not really. I’m just in a really good mood since I got Lollipop Chainsaw in the mail today. It was my b-day gift from Ian. I still kinda hate the American comic industry.
Should have figured.
