Since it would have taken all of a 10 seconds for me to check, I deserve a visit from Uncle Creepy!
You must have missed the week where I accidentally bought 3 or 4 of the same hardcovers… TWICE in one week.
The colors for the Creepy & Eerie covers are almost exactly the same (at least that’s how they came out in my photos)… I saw double when I pulled it out myself, thinking I’d received a volume I didn’t order. But my retailer is WAY too smart and conscientious for that.
I do admit there ARE two duplications in this week’s stack: XIII Vol 2 Where the Indian Walks & XIII Vol 4 Spads… I left them in because I had to pay to replace them both– as they had arrived damaged the week before… And it’s a great book– and I like giving good, decent comics as much exposure as I can.
It could have also been that I didn’t want to take the 10 seconds it would’ve taken me to check which two books I needed to take out of the stack… You never know.

I do the same with music. Like a song, I buy the whole album. Just the way I’m wired. I always wonder what songs I might be missing. “If I really liked this one, I bet there’s another one I’ll like as much or more!”
I read the first XIII volume a while ago. Liked it, so I went for it. Hopefully, I’ll like one (or most, if not all) just as much.
